Faulty or damaged goods: contact us as soon as possible to explain the
problem and arrange for the goods to be returned at our expense and for
immediate refund or replacement to be arranged.
 

Unwanted goods: May be returned within 30 days, at the purchasers expense,
for a full refund (excluding delivery charge) - providing the goods are in a
resalable condition.
This also applies to packages returned by Royal Mail
and other couriers as 'undeliverable'. If requested these may be resent but
additional postage will be charged at cost, which may be greater than
standard postage and packing.

We record only your delivery details and sufficient contact information to
enable us to contact you if there is a problem with your order.

We do not hold your payment/card details; this is all handled securely with
RBS WORLDPAY
 

Any personal information that you provide will not be passed to third

you to receive the goods in perfect condition and in good time.

We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt of
your order. If for any reason we cannot we will contact you.

 

Delivery Charges for United Kingdom are a flat rate of £3.95 .

Postage will be through Royal Mail - First Class.
 

 

Orders received from outside UK are subject to additional delivery charges.
